Joyce Jones

My professional name is Joyce Jones, but to my husband, my adult children, grans, and one feisty little dog I am Joyce Jones-Roberts. Although on second thought that little dog may not know me by either name.

I have been a Realtor® for almost a decade and my background is in customer service. I attended school in Memphis, lived and worked in Chicago then returned to Memphis where I've been ever since. Bellsouth (now AT&T) was my employer for almost twenty years and I find it refreshing that now my daughters' friends and some of my clients are the current generation of proud career-minded workers for that extraordinary company.

I am proud to be a member of First National Realty, Inc., a very forward-thinking real estate firm. In today's real estate climate, keeping up with and using current technology is just one of the ways in which I distinguish myself from my peers. For example, I use SMS text message responses for my listings. Callers with "smartphones" can receive text message flyer information with pictures right on their cell phones.

I am licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi. My professional designations include e-Pro Internet Professional and Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR).  I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Christian Brothers University.
