I have been active in the Real Estate profession since December 1997.  I obtained my Broker’s license in December of 2004 and received my Graduate of Real Estate Institute Certification (GRI) in September 2007.

When working with clients I pay special attention to what they want and work diligently to find it for them at the right price.  I have sold all types of homes: HUD foreclosures, bank foreclosures and regular listings.  I have succeeded in obtaining the bids on the foreclosures in over 90% of my offers.
