  1. Your Fax Cover Sheet with Contact Info
  2. The Offer (RPA-CA or specific Bank Offer form)
  3. Any bank addendums that are required (will be noted in MLS)
  4. Buyer Prequal Letter
  5. A copy of the Buyer's deposit check
